2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AprenderIA website (aprenderia.es) and its services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Completing a purchase implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions before finalising payment.

3. Service Description

AprenderIA is an educational platform specialising in applied artificial intelligence. Our courses are created and delivered by professionals with real-world experience in the field. Services include:

  • Online courses on artificial intelligence and productivity, taught by experienced instructors.
  • Educational materials, downloadable resources, and practical exercises.
  • Access to the private student community on WhatsApp.
  • Support and assistance via email.
  • Digital certificate upon completing each course.

Courses are hosted and delivered through the Thinkific platform (academia.aprenderia.es).

4. Registration and Account

To access courses, you will need to create an account on our platform. By doing so:

  • You will provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You will immediately notify any unauthorised use of your account to skillaissue@gmail.com.
  • You will not share your access with third parties. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

5. Courses and Content

5.1. Types

AprenderIA may offer paid courses and, where applicable, free content. The specific conditions of each course (price, duration, content) are detailed on the corresponding sales page.

5.2. Access

  • You will have access to the course content for as long as your account remains active on the platform.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, copying, recording, redistributing, or making course content available to third parties by any means is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access in the event of a breach of these terms.

5.3. Updates

Minor updates and improvements to purchased courses are provided at no additional cost. In the event of a substantial restructuring of the content that constitutes a new course, it may be marketed separately.

5.4. Nature of content

The courses are educational and formative in nature. The content reflects the knowledge and experience of the instructors at the time of creation. Given that artificial intelligence is a constantly evolving field, some content may become outdated over time. AprenderIA does not guarantee specific results from the application of what is learned.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. AprenderIA does not store credit card data or financial information.
  • You will receive purchase confirmation and course access via email after payment verification.
  • AprenderIA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

7.1. Digital content and waiver of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, by purchasing a course and accessing its digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal.

This consent is explicitly requested during the purchase process, before completing payment.

7.2. Refund before accessing content

If you have not accessed any course content, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by exercising your right of withdrawal.

7.3. Refund after accessing content

Once you have accessed the course content (viewing lessons, downloading materials, etc.), the right of withdrawal is excluded. However, in exceptional and duly justified cases (severe technical error preventing continued access, duplicate purchase), we may consider a partial or full refund at our discretion.

7.4. Consumption verification

AprenderIA has tracking tools on the Thinkific platform that allow us to verify student progress (lessons viewed, materials downloaded, access time). This data may be used to resolve refund requests.

7.5. Procedure

  • To request a refund, contact us at skillaissue@gmail.com stating your name, registration email, and reason for the request.
  • Requests will be resolved within a maximum of 72 hours.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Customer Support

  • Response time: we are committed to responding to any enquiry within a maximum of 72 hours on business days.
  • Support channels: email (skillaissue@gmail.com) and WhatsApp student community.
  • Scope of support: support covers questions about platform access, technical issues, course content enquiries, and administrative matters (billing, account, etc.). It does not include personalised professional advice outside the scope of the course.

9. Student Community

  • The WhatsApp community is an exclusive benefit for students who have purchased at least one course.
  • Community access is free and is maintained as long as the student's account remains active.
  • Community members must comply with the code of conduct, which follows the same rules as the AI, Drugs & Robots community.
  • We reserve the right to remove any member from the community who breaches the code of conduct, without affecting their access to purchased courses.

Code of conduct

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
  • Do not share offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • No spam, unauthorised self-promotion, or advertising.
  • Do not share course content or AprenderIA materials within or outside the community.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of other members' conversations and data.

10. Business Training

In-company or customised training services for business teams are governed by a specific agreement between AprenderIA and the contracting company. Particular conditions (price, duration, format, content) will be defined in the corresponding commercial proposal and/or contract. In all matters not covered by such agreement, these terms and conditions shall apply on a supplementary basis.

11. Intellectual Property

All AprenderIA content is protected by intellectual property rights:

  • Courses, videos, texts, graphics, exercises, and materials are the property of Olga Fernández Romero or their legitimate holders (instructors and collaborators).
  • Reproduction, recording, distribution, public communication, or modification of the content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
  • Content use is limited to the personal and educational purposes of the student who purchased it.
  • Breach of this clause may result in immediate account cancellation without the right to a refund, in addition to any applicable legal action.

12. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Not use the services for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
  • Respect other users, instructors, and the AprenderIA team.
  • Not attempt to access courses or content you have not purchased.
  • Not attempt to access systems, data, or restricted areas of the platform without authorisation.
  • Not use automated tools to download or copy content.
  • Not interfere with the operation of the website or platform.

13. Account Suspension and Cancellation

AprenderIA reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user's access in the following cases:

  • Breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Unauthorised sharing of credentials or content.
  • Conduct that harms other users or the platform.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

In the event of cancellation due to breach, there shall be no right to a refund for purchased courses. The decision will be communicated to the user by email with an indication of the reason.

14. Limitation of Liability

AprenderIA provides its services "as is" and:

  • Does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues, although best efforts will be made to maintain platform availability.
  • Does not guarantee specific results from completing the courses. Results depend on each student's effort, dedication, and context.
  • Is not responsible for the accuracy or currency of all content at all times, given the rapidly changing nature of the artificial intelligence field.
  • Is not responsible for interruptions or failures in the Thinkific platform or third-party services used (Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.).

In no event shall the owner be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under the applicable legislation in your country of residence.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. In the event of substantial changes, registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of our services after publication of changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the legislation applicable according to the user's place of residence. For users residing in the European Union, European consumer protection regulations shall apply, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

In the event of any dispute, we are committed to attempting an amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings. EU users may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes.
